2. Contact us first

   Share your order details and evidence, then ask us for instructions before returning anything.

3. Request review

   Your request is reviewed. Return instructions are provided where applicable.

4. Return as instructed

   The item must be unused and in the same condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable; the policy states this cost is deducted from any refund.

5. Inspection and outcome

   The returned item is inspected. If approved, a refund is made to the original payment method. For a bank-transfer refund, it goes to the bank account you choose.

Thank you for shopping at Mumbai Collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged on arrival. We would require proof of package opening (preferably a video recording) to claim a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Change of mind is not an acceptable reason for returns and refunds.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

For bank transfers, we will be refunding to a bank account of your choice.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
